TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms of Use & Purchase

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any digital 3D printable decor file available through DeCorelle.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

DeCorelle primarily provides digital 3D files for decorative, creative, and 3D printing projects. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, purchases do not include physical decor items, 3D printers, filament, tools, or other hardware.

01

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing DeCorelle, browsing our website, purchasing a digital product, or downloading a digital 3D file, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase or use products available through the website.

02

Digital Products

DeCorelle sells digital 3D printable files intended for creative, decorative, and personal 3D printing projects.

Product listings may include information such as available file formats, dimensions, design details, compatibility information, and usage or license conditions.

Digital product notice: A purchase of a digital 3D file does not automatically include a physical printed object. Any physical item, printer, filament, tool, accessory, or hardware is excluded unless the relevant product listing explicitly states otherwise.

03

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate and useful information for each digital product. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description before completing a purchase.

Before purchasing, please check the listed file formats, dimensions, supported software or workflow requirements, license information, and other product specifications relevant to your project.

3D printing results can vary depending on printer hardware, slicer settings, materials, calibration, supports, layer height, orientation, and other production conditions. DeCorelle does not guarantee an identical physical result for every printer or printing setup.

04

Orders and Payment

Orders are considered submitted when the customer completes the checkout process and provides the information required to process the order.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before access to the purchased digital product is provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and email information. Incorrect information may affect digital delivery or access to purchased files.

Secure Payment Payment options are displayed at checkout.
Order Records Order information may be retained for transaction and support purposes.
05

Digital Delivery

DeCorelle products are delivered electronically. Depending on the product and website configuration, a purchased file may be made available through the order confirmation page, customer account, download area, or the email address provided during checkout.

Customers should ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct and accessible.

If a digital download is not received after a successful order, customers should contact DeCorelle using the available support channel so the order can be reviewed.

06

Digital File Access

Purchased digital files should be downloaded and stored securely by the customer after delivery.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their purchased files. We recommend keeping a backup copy of legally acquired files for personal use.

Download availability may depend on the individual product, order status, technical configuration, or applicable access limitations described on the website.

07

License and Permitted Use

Unless a product listing states different licensing terms, purchased digital files are provided for the customer's permitted personal creative use.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or copyright to the customer.

Customers may use a purchased file according to the license associated with that product. Any additional commercial or extended use must be expressly permitted by the applicable product license.

08

Prohibited Use

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, customers may not:

  • Redistribute or share purchased digital files.
  • Upload purchased files to public download platforms or file-sharing services.
  • Resell or sublicense the original digital files.
  • Claim ownership of designs created by DeCorelle or their respective creators.
  • Use purchased files in a manner that violates applicable law or the associated product license.
09

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, digital designs, product files, images, graphics, descriptions, branding, website content, and related materials available through DeCorelle are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase provides access to the purchased digital product according to its applicable license. It does not constitute a transfer of copyright, trademark rights, design rights, or other intellectual property rights.

If you believe that content available through the website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information for the matter to be reviewed.

10

Refunds and Digital Products

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded electronically, refund eligibility may differ from physical merchandise.

Customers should review the applicable Refund Policy and the individual product information before placing an order.

Where a refund is requested, DeCorelle may review the order, payment status, download status, product condition, and reason for the request before making a decision in accordance with the applicable refund terms.

13

Website Availability

We aim to keep DeCorelle and its digital services available and functional. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting services, network conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14

Changes to Products and Website
