Clicky Poppers are the sensory wonder toy that CLICK, POP and EVEN HOP into THE AIR!!!!!
Including 4 Clicky Popper designs you can customize and print in LOW WASTE MULTI-COLOR, requiring only TWO filament changes per plate!
All ages LOVE these pocket-pals which some play with for the squishes and clicks, and others for the
POPS and HIGH HOPS!
Print & assembly:
Find elastics! (We use #32 and #33 rubber bands)
Fold six ends inward, making a double layered flower shape, and loosen all the joints.
Reopen and lay popper with flat side facing up at you.
Fold in, Click in split connector to the DISK … 1 at a time. Align a split connect between top/bottom disks and press firmly with 2 thumbs above connector, until it clicks in. Repeat with other split connectors, leaving the final one IF you’d like to…..
That little pin is the auto popper pin. We DONT add the pin, for a POPPER that stays flat when squished (kids prefer this for drop-popping poppers).
ADD THE PIN for a ball that POPS BACK after clicking, and it MAY also automatically pop in your hand and on surfaces once the joints are well “worked in”!
Click PIN in the middle hole before final split connect. The last connection will need to be clicked against a flat object (we use a spoon handle) slid inside under the connector. See video above!
Once you have assembled one, you can assemble ONE THOUSAND!

3D printing settings
NO PETG, OR SILK PLA for first color!!!! NO SUPPORTS. 0.16 layer height. 3 walls, 6% infill
Standard PLA only on 1st colour. Save silk PLA for the top colors!
POPPER – COLOR CHANGE LAYERS
If you are an STL user, Each popper size and style require only 2 filament changes to print. Follow our suit to layer changes for each below.
This setup is not needed if using the included 3mf file, so please use that if you are able to.
Over looping the elastic can stress joints and elastic will stretch out more quickly. We recommend 3 times folded over with a #32 & 33# elastic (3 or 3.5 inches by 1/8 inch thick)
